TOJI Releases "Sake Brewery Story," Weaving the Thoughts and Tales of Creators: Moving Beyond Products to Experiences that Connect with Traditional Culture and Local Regions

TOJI, a wellness brand operated by TOJI Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Natsuki Matsuda), has released "Sake Brewery Story," a story content series woven through dialogues with local creators, on its official website.

The newly released "Sake Brewery Story" is a new initiative that introduces the thoughts of local producers and artisans, including sake brewers, as well as the traditional culture rooted in the region, through an interview format. By carefully drawing out the creators' handiwork, philosophy, and the memories of the land, the goal is to convey the story behind the products. For the first installment, we are publishing the story of Miyasaka Brewing Company, the brewer of the sake "Masumi," which TOJI has collaborated with since the brand's inception. This will be released in two parts: "The Toji (Master Brewer) Edition" and "The Office of the President Director Edition."

< "Sake Brewery Story" Overview > A feature-length story content series that visits sake breweries and raw material production sites affiliated with TOJI, introducing the climate of the region and the thoughts of the people involved in the production process through an interview format.

By introducing "Sake Brewery Story" alongside our products, TOJI aims to propose the moments spent using our products as experiences that connect you with traditional Japanese culture and local communities. Furthermore, we hope this content will inspire a new cycle where customers actually visit these regions, meet the creators, and experience the local atmosphere and culture firsthand.

Moving forward, TOJI will continue its efforts to connect traditional Japanese culture to the future alongside local creators through "Sake Brewery Story."
